Ingredients
  

Tart Base

  • 200 g digestive biscuits or Parle-G
  • 100 g melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar optional

Cheesecake Filling

  • 250 g cream cheese or paneer + yogurt blend
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp rose essence or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Motichoor Layer

  • 1 cup motichoor ladoo crumbled
  • 1 tbsp warm milk to soften

Garnish

  • Saffron strands soaked in rose water
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Dried rose petals
  • Silver varq optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Tart Base
    Crush biscuits in a food processor until fine.
    Add melted butter and mix until the texture is like wet sand.
    Press the mixture firmly into tart molds or cupcake liners.
    Chill for 20 minutes (or bake for 6–7 minutes at 160°C for a crisp base).molds. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

  • Step 2 - Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    In a chilled bowl, beat cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
    Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; whisk well.
    Fold in whipped cream for a light, airy texture.
    Spoon or pipe the filling into chilled tart shells, leaving space on top.

  • Step 3: Add the Motichoor Layer
