Ingredients
  

For the base:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa cooled
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

For the blush berry compote:

  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup strawberries chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp rose water

For the yogurt layer:

  • 1 cup almond or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
  • Fresh blueberries & raspberries
  • Edible rose petals optional

Instructions
 

Step 1 — Cook and cool the quinoa

  • Cook quinoa as per package directions (1 part quinoa : 2 parts water).
    Fluff with a fork, stir in honey and cinnamon, and let it cool.

Step 2 — Make the blush berry chia compote

  • Add raspberries and strawberries to a saucepan with honey.
    Cook 3–4 mins till jammy, then stir in chia seeds and rose water.
    Cool completely.

Step 3 — Whip the yogurt

  • Mix yogurt and vanilla until smooth and glossy.

Step 4 — Assemble the layers

  • Spoon quinoa at the bottom, followed by yogurt, then the blush berry compote.
    Repeat if your jars are tall.

Step 5 — Garnish and serve

  • Top with crushed pistachios, fresh berries, and edible rose petals.
    Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
